DESCRIPTION:Format: 9-Round Swiss\nSections: Open\nTime Control: G/5; + 3 (5 minutes per player\, 3-second increment) \nJoin us every Wednesday night for a casual chess tournament at BoomerJack’s on I-10 in Katy! Play runs from 6:00-9:00 PM\, and all skill levels are welcome. \nFull menu and bar service available at the tables—please support our host venue by grabbing dinner or a drink while you play. \nRegistration is free — sign up for the event\, or create a free Pawn Membership account to make signing up for this and future club events even easier. \nParticipation is limited to the first 20 participants\, and we will try to accommodate more as space allows! The winner each week will receive a Gift Certificate/Voucher from BoomerJack’s. \nFor now\, these weekly tournaments are chess only. \nBring Your A-Game \nThings just got a little more interesting — in the best way possible.
